5 years to ILR for dependent

Post by naveediiqbal » Wed May 20, 2015 10:32 am

Hi,

I have a question for the ILR applying date. My wife gor entry clearance on 25 November 2013 and arrived in UK on 24 Dec 2013 (with in 90 days). If her ILR due date will be

1) 5 years from 25 Nov 2013 which is 24 Nov 2018; or
2) 5 years from 24 December 2013 which will be 23 Nov 2018.

Regards,

90 rule, no not for dependents. 28 day rule, yes as it applies to all applicants for ILR.
