Holding two different UK visas

Hello,

Currently I have a Tier 4 visa for 4 years and I am at the end of first year. I am studying in university with a foundation year so I have just completed foundation year and 3 more to go. However I want to apply for ECAA2 Turkish Businessman visa. First you get 1 year of visa, then apply for an extension for 3 years. At the end you get the indefinite. However what I am scared is when i have ECAA2 visa if my student visa is cancelled I might have a problem with my university since it is not certain that i will be eligible for 3 years ECAA2 visa extension. So my question is when i still have 4 years Tier4 visa, can i have ECAA2 visa at the same time?
