Incoutry application: Can I change application mode?

Hi,

I am currently on Tier 2 ICT VISA. I had applied for Incountry TIer 4 General Visa via standard application mode. Now, I am worried that my VISA may not arrive on time. Is there a way where I can change my appication method from standatd to priority? All my documents were submitted to UKBA on 27th August along with my passport, my course starts on 19th Sept with last date of enrolment as 17th Oct?

Can someone please guide as I am extremly anxious and worried about my options?

Thanks a ton to UKLHR and Vinny for your replies. Very helpful. Are you saying that upgrade form is not applicable for students Visa? Also, I am very anxious that since I have not even received request for submitting bio metric by now then how will Visa be processed by 17th Oct? Is there no circumstance in which I can ask them to upgrade to a premium process for Tier 4?
