Help with An Form -Address Details

Dear All,
As i will be filling in my form soon i have a question.
Under address details it asks to fill in all addresses over the past years.
In my case i was a student, so during university time i stayed on university campus and this address changed every year to different addresses on campus, However my main point is that during this time at my uni addresses i still had my Main home where my family is which was the registered address with my bank etc. So could someone please advise how would i lay this out on my application? Hope iv come across clear enough.
