Any advice would be so much appreciated for my query...

My husband has recently got ILR based on 10 year stay
I am trying to apply for mine based on long stay too

My question is on my daughter who is born in uk in 2009. I would like to sort out her status as soon as possible. possible options could be;
1) apply for residency along with my application 2) apply for citizenship while I apply for my residency or after mine being decided? (will there be any complication if I process both at the same time?)

any other options I have?

either applying for residency or citizenship, will financial support for my daughter be needed in her application? a solicitor advised that I should have 2700 pounds for three people in a family for a period of three months.

thank you very much for any opinions!!!

One parent holding ILR is enough for an application for registration as British citizen for a UK born child. I assume your husband is the child parent. The child application can be dealt separately from yours so you can apply now if you wish. There are no financial requirements for such application.
