Hi,

One of my friend applied for Naturalisation couple of weeks ago. The credit card( the details he has given for fee ) has been blocked and now he wants to give another card details.

How to go about it please?

Fill out a new payment slip with new card details, and send it with a covering letter to the correspondence address on the application form.

The easiest way is just to sit tight, and wait till UKBA gets in touch. There will be no adverse effect on the decision due to this.
