I will really appreciate if someone can kindly help me with the following query.

I was given HSMP on 11 Oct 2006 and ILR on 19 Sep 2011. My wife came to UK on a dependant Visa on 21 Jan 2007 & was given ILR on 19 Sep 2011. I have completed 5 yrs on HSMP and 1 year on ILR but my wife has only completed 4 yr 8 months on HSMP dependant and one year on ILR.

Is my wife eligible to apply for citizenship with me at the moment or she has to wait another 4 months to complete her 6 years.

There is no requirement of 6 years.

There is a requirement of 5 years of residence.
There is a requirement of holding ILR for 1 year (if not married to BC). For many PBS migrants ILR is obtained after 5 years so this requirement effectively means you only apply after 6 years but this is not always the case (as with your wife).
