Form AN DEC 12 version , no section for joint application?

Please can someone tell me how to fill or what to fill when you are making a joint application with your wife as in the new version of AN form DEC 2012 they have removed the section all together?

Nothing has changed from the previous version with regards to this.

I suggest you read the first page of the form, second paragraph from the bottom.
