Hi,
I got my biometric issued on 17.05.12. Can I apply for BC through NCS on 16.05.13?
Your suggestion will be appreciated

I called NCS and they say that I can't book on 16th, as it has to be one year, not 364 days..
Booked for 18th, Saturday

all NCSs have their own thinking otherwise rule is that when UKBA get application, it would have 1 year so if you do it 16, by the time UKBA get next day it will be year but you can not argue with staff a lot so two days dont really make difference in your case
