hi,
i has one caution on shoplifting no fine no court involve. no declare in ilr application, i got my ilr but i apply ilr before dec2012,
when i apply naturalisation then i need to declare it or not,
please suggest me i am thankful to you,
what caution is a criminal conviction as well?
in application form ask if you has any criminal conviction spent and unspent both are declare it, this offence is eight years ago,
