Hi Vinny
thanks for reply
just got the answers but just for double confirmation
1) my child born in uk before I got ILR, I can apply for entitlement certificate?
2) from the documents it says in this case no need for naturalization certificate only birth certificate and our ILR proof is required.
thanks

Were neither of the parents settled or British when the child was born?

If neither parents were settled nor British when child was born in the UK, then child is
not British.

Have you applied to register a child?
Once you have the citizenship certificate you can get a CoE or Passport, but when you have a valid British Passport you'll not get a CoE.

Minors do not naturalise, and therefore are not issued a naturalisation certificate!!!!
They register for citizenship, and are issued a "registration" certificate.

Hi I am applying for COE for Right of Abode from India for my daughter. She has been registered as british citizen already. I hav few queries with regards to the online application.
1) Do we need to fill Employment and Income details section? If so what details need to be filled.
2) Are you staying at private address in UK? What should be answered as there is no Father or Mother relation available in the list if i choose Yes and to answer for the question with whom you will stay.
