Hey guys,
I'm still a bit confused with this thing or may be my case,it goes thus,
I got to UK in 2008,got married 2009,had my ILR in 2012,but the problem, me and my wife ain't together any longer.
Between 2008& now,that's 5 years,am I qualified or need a year more to be qualified?
I haven't got any immigration issue but I'm a bit confused with the fact that we ain't together and getting the time right.
Advice will be greatly appreciated.

You say you got ILR in 2012.
Also when you say you are not together, do you mean you got a decree absolut?
Anycase you should be able to apply in 2013 after a year of the date of getting ILR assuming you meet all the other requirements.
