Payment Slip Confusion

Hi Guys,
I am a bit confused on the payment slips with the application form AN.
There are two versions:

Do you guys know which one is to be used with Form AN.
Also, am I correct in understanding that the Form AN with payment details (Debit Card details) is to be taken to NCS. They will not actually take the payment via a pin number, but only keep the payment form?
Any help appreciated.
