Hi ,

Not sure if I need to apply as a joint application for naturalisation.I qualify for 5 year. However I am not sure about my partner, who was on student visa from 2007-2009 and then as my tier 1 dependent from 2009 to till date.

Will my partner will be successfull in her application or should I apply her naturalisation after I get mine . Please advise.

How long did your partner had her ILR for? (If she had it at all)

Thanks for the reply, More than 1 year (2012 July) i.e PR same as me.

As long as you both meet the Standard requirements for naturalisation you can make a joint application.
