Any one from May 2013 application still waiting?
I submitted on 22 may 2013 still in process......sent e mail to HO couple times during last month and this month. HO replied in process and no deceision is made.
any one can guide? why HO take so long....

mine was received by HO 30 May still waiting

I'm still waiting since 14/05 as well. I emailed them this week and they replied that there's no decision but didn't give any other information.

you have to ring them or fax them or get ur MP involved coz ur appllication is gone past deadline 6 months has finished

I did email my MP yesterday. What's the point of calling them though, you can't get through to a real person anyway, can you?

Of course u can , I call them yesterday I managed 2 spk 2 someone she put me on a hold for a bit then she came bk saying I shuld hear from them in the nxt couple wks, an if U don't ring us back

What phone number did you call? I just tried 0845 010 5200 and there's a machine saying that all enquiries are handled by email (then the call terminates).

0870 606 7766 then i think i choose option 2

Just called them, selected option 2. The guy asked me to confirm personal details and then put me on hold for almost 10 mins. When he came back he said that the application was still under consideration, they don't need any additional documents and the only thing I can do is wait. He was apologetic but couldn't do much.
Let's see if my email to the MP makes any difference.

That's a joke is gone over 6 months an still under consideration, an some application get approved within 2 .. 3 months, I fink ur application an mine are with same caseworker ( lazy ):p or extra external checks they might do :p

Finally brown letter came received 23/11 dated 19/11 ( 19 was the day I called them an they said still in progress u should hear from in the next couple weeks,they never said decision is been made )

Congratulation. Finally your wait is over. They manage to complete your application few days before the 6 month deadline. Someone said they are now trying to reply before 6 months . Many delay applications are coming back now few days before they reach 6months period.

Thats great. Just over 6 months? I do not understand why some applications take such a long time to complete compared to some getting approval with in a month.
