Hi need some help regarding naturalisation

hi everyone
Need some help
got my ILR on 11 march 2013 on 10 years basis .
and my wife got it on 20 july 2013 .
we both have done life in the UK test before applying for ILR .do we need to do any more test.
my questions are.
when can we apply for ILR after 11 mar 2014 for me and 20 july 2014 for my wife?
what documents i need to take if i am apply through ncs?
how long notice required to give to ncs and where i can find information how to book the appointment.?
we are planning to move out from our rental property from may 2014 will it affect my application if its still under process and my wife application because her time will be after we move because i think there is something u proof that you were here or something god knows?
please let me know about my confusion and help me
