Hi Jambo, here is an extract from Guide AN, now it looks like to me no need to submit P60 if I am submitting residence permit?

Please Note: Whilst the submission of a document certifying permanent residence or a permanent residence card is not mandatory, failure to submit one may lead to delays in reaching a decision on your application. If you do not provide a document certifying permanent residence or a permanent residence card then you must provide the following for consideration:

Evidence of exercising Treaty Rights for 5 years for the relevant EEA national. This may include:
oo
P60 tax certificates covering the relevant period of 5 years
oo
Employer’s letter confirming employment over the relevant period

Completed application forms
Passport and Bio metric cards.
Life in UK test and UK NARIC certificate
Degree certificates

Since I am also the director of the company, do I need to submit any document with regards to this?

You also need to carry the exact same identity proof which you provided when taking your LIUK test.

Not sure if you already knew this, so ignore this if you did.

Hi InUkOnHsmp

I used My tier 1 BRP for LIUK test, now it is expired and taken back during ILR application. In my case is it mandatory to submit exact same identity proof?
