Do you mind adding this to the October timelines topic so that others who applied at the same time can keep up-to-date with your application's progress. Actually, you may not be aware, but you are one of the first posters with an application received by the UKBA on October 24th who already had their fees debited. Most people who applied then haven't even had that yet and no acknowledgement either. See the October timeline for examples.
