I have indefinite leave to remain

My wife born a child last week

I assume there is no need for naturalisation application (AN) because I have indefinite leave to remain

What documents do I need to apply for british passport for the child?

Child is British. See Citizenship FAQs - Common Questions - Read before posting (click) under the heading Passport.

Child is British only if born in the UK.

Thanks Jambo, I've assumed, perhaps wrongly, that the child was born in the UK.
