Hi All,

I got questions regarding Section 5; date of photo, date of referrees's signature:

1: my photo took on 13/Feb/14
2: 1st referree signed on 14/Feb/14
3: 2nd referee signed on 01/Mar/14

Normally photo must be taken not less than 1 month before applicaiton date. If my appointment is after 15/Mar/14, Do I need to retake a photo and get my refereee re-sign it again?

PS I havent get an appointment for NCS yet. I hope I can get it ASAP.

Assuming you have received naturalisation certificate before the referee's date of signature, this should be fine.

I havent get an NCS appointment yet. I'm just about to fill in a form AN and concern about date of referee's signature.
