Payment Declined - Urgent Help

Hello,

I applied for Naturlisation on 04/02/14 via NCS and left UK the next day for a family wedding. Meanwhile i was there, bank blocked my account as my card got stolen back home and hence the home office fee was sent back. I received a letter dated 10.02.14 that alternative payment to be made within 14 days. I came back to UK yesterday and found that letter. Is there any number i can call to make payment? or will my application be sent back? I havent heard anything else apart from the letter dated 10.02.14.

The letter can still be sent back with the payment details though the time has run out. I would ask you to write a supporting statement to address the concerns. Hope this is sufficient in the meantime. If you delay they will return the application back to you. So you need to send it next day delivery and follow up with a call.

If you knew that the card was stolen, and if no payments cleared from the account for long time, may be you could have acted earlier.

These days HO take money just in 3-4 days after receiving the application. Best way forward is as suggested, you can give them call asap and make payment on phone
