hi my question is I'm polish I came to the UK in 2005 and my son was born in 2006, can I appeal about a British passport for my son now without registration MN1 THANKS .

If your son was born before you obtained PR (which he was), then you have to register him on form MN1 and once approved, you can only apply for a passport.
Only children born after parents obtained PR are automatically entitled to apply directly for a British passport.
Is the child's other parent also Polish??

ok passport office have told me that I can I appeal about brithish passzport without registering mn1 if the child was born 5 years after my work in the uk

In order to obtain PR (permanent residence) you need to have exercised treaty rights for 5 years. As your son was born (2006) 1 year after you came to the UK in 2005, you will need to register him on form MN1 as you did not have PR at that time.

current fee is £673 and the fees increase on 6 april.

ok thanks can i register in EEA3 me and my child then I can apply for passport for him?
