Hello All

I have received my Naturalisation acknowledgement letter yesterday. I have following queries, Could any one please help me?

1. I am travelling China in end of May and returning back on 1st week of June. Considering my approval dated 8 April and it will be valid for 3 month, Can i book my British nationality ceromany in 2nd week of June? My understanding is it is only approval so i am not fully british citizen yet, Can i still travel on my Indian passport?

Eligibility criteria: HSMP + Tier 1 + 1yr ILR
Method of application: NCS
Council name if NCS used: Reading
Date of application: 24/02/2014
Acknowledgement letter dated: 08/04/2014
Acknowledgement letter received: 14/04/2014

I have gone through some post here and my understanding is I can travel out side UK after my British citizen ship ceromany, Can any one please confirm?

My oath ceromany is on 13 May 2014, and i am travelling to CHina & Korea on 24 May 2014. I have 2 option...

1. Go for oath on 13 May and travel with Indian passport/ILR to China/Korea, comeback in 10 days then apply for passport.
2. Travel without going for oath and book an oath ceromany after coming back from China.

Can you please advise?

I have traveled several times since my citizenship ceremony on my old passport. I have yet to receive my British passport.
I would attend the ceremony and apply for British passport when you come back.

Thanks. When you travel, Do you carry Citizen certificate with you?
Or You pretend to be Indian passport + ILR holder in all case. Please confirm?

I carried certificate of naturalization with me as well as my ILR. I did not need to show the certificate upon entry but I suggest you carry it anyways. Have a read at this post:
