Applied for my son two months ago MN1, last Saturday we received his Certificat of Registration, although I sent prepaid special delivery envelope for documents return, a week now and still haven't received any of our documents: my passport/ID card (ILR)/his passport.

Anyone has experienced the same? anyone with phone number for Liverpool branch?

Any help is appreciated, very very frustrated.

I have a similar situation. Have you been able to get your document yet? I have been able to speak with the HO, but they've been telling me they need to contact the case worker for the past 1 week now. Please, any one with the Liverpool HO phone number. Thanks
