Hi, I am having NCS on the 5th of Jun.

Two questions regarding to good character:

1. I was issued a ticket from the police as I crossed the red light on a bike, paid my £50 fine in the time, would I need to declare this?

2.my debit card expired but i forgot to update it with the council, in the end i received Summon, didnt open the letter till court finished, but I paid all council tax and the summon court fee/fine. Would i need to declare this (is this civil judgement?)? If so whats the best way to do it?
I totally forgot about this for my ILR application and it was fine?

Thanks!!!

hi all , i found the case worker instruction on gov.uk for good character... thought it might be useful for some of us :)

still reading through to decide where to fill in my fines, Are the bike fine and council tax fine both 'fixed Penalty Notices' and should go under non-custodial offence??? Please I would appreciate some comments from the board, highly appreciated it :)
