hello,
i need some advise on my partner's naturalisation application .I am applying for naturalisation and my question is, if its possible for my wife to apply at the same time as me.
my Partner got ILR on basis of spouse of settled person few months ago, prior to that she was on PBS dependant for over 2 years. she has been in UK for over 3 years.
does she has to wait for 3 years on ILR before being naturalised?
or can she apply straight away as she has already been living in UK as my partner for over 3 years
if yes can we apply together as joint application.
please advise
thanks
