I have received my ILR yesterday on 10 years basis, wife 's FLR M application is still being considered.
I am applying on MN1 form to register my two children (3 years old, 2 years old, both born in UK) as British by section 1 (3), once get the certificate will apply for British passport.

I need your help to fill the form please, anyone who has gone through this process or know please help
section 1
1.3 I believe need to leave blank
1.9 shall I mention Pakistani as I have got them Pakistani passport but never travel since their birth in UK
Section 2
2.1 what shall I write here please, child was born in UK, did not travel to UK
2.2 Do I need to fill this plz, child is 3 years old
2.3 Do I need to fill this plz never travel out of UK
2.4 Do I need to fill this plz
Section 3
I believe as I am applying under section 1(3) that s why I don't need to fill this section
Section 4
I believe I don't need to fill this section as my child is under 10 years old
Section 5
Will ask any professional to fill this section, could be pharmacist, gp, health visitors, nursery manager, teacher, etc etc, please confirm if I am doing right
Section6
Me and wife will fill 6.1 and 6.2
Section 7
I believe I will fill this

Can you please guide me what Do I need to send with this form in terms of supporting documents
I believe origional child birth certificate, me and mrs original marriage certificate please correct me If I am wrong

where is the fee leaflet plz, I can not find the payment form

It looks pretty much the whole form mate .... tell you what why dont you post your details here and we will fill it up and post it for you

Joke apart, these are all simple questions answered numerous times on the forum. Please read the MN1 guide, FAQ on the forum and search older posts, this should answer all the questions.

Sorry, It was preety much the whole form. But were just thinking if this thread is answered it will help lots of other people as well.

Anyway I have done it today and posted today.
I attached the following set of documents
1. Filled payment slip
2. Filled mn1 form
3. Original Child birth certificate
4. copy of my passport and brp
5. Copy of home officer ilr approval letters
6. Copy of merriage certificate
7. Copy of wife passport and brp

Plz confirm if thats okay.

All documents are right but should be sent original or attested by NSC.
did you fill section 2 and 1.3?

Documents look good but you need to send all originals unless you are using an NCS.

As long as you have sent photocopies of the WHOLE passport for you and/or your spouse, you will be fine.

Q2: Which documents are needed for registration as BC?

If applying under section 1(3) (child born in the UK to parents who now at least one parent holds ILR), the following documents are required:

- Original full UK birth certificate for the child (with the ILR parent named on it).
- Original child passport (if has one).
- Parent's passport showing ILR / BRP. (photocopies of all pages are accepted)
- Marriage certificate (if child born before 2006).

I did not fill 1.3 left it blank,
I did fill section 2, 2.1 blank, 2.2 child address from birth to present, dil fill other parts of section 2.

Regarding documents what I concluded after reading rules and lots of other threats that the only thing which require original is child birth certificate, all other documents could be photo copy.

Basically they just wanna see original birth certificate and and father ilr evidence.

I hope its okay. But please gurus comment.
