I have few question in regards to filling out the Form AN

1. Section 3.5 asks for Address of Tax Office or Tax Office reference.
Do we put the Address of HMRC on the PAYE coding notice?

2. Referees - I noticed Doctors aren't on the list of professions but I have seen other threads saing Doctors will be okay. Can anyone confirm this is the case.

Any Help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I have my Paye Coding notice.

Would we put the Tx Reference number?

PAYE number is fine.
