Hello,
Could you please guide me on the following Citizenship application.
My son was born in India in 2005 and came to UK in 2009. (I came in 2008).
We both received our ILR in 2013 and planning to apply for our citizenship soon.

Can I apply for my son's naturalization using MN1 form and section 3(1) and I will be using AN1 ?

** My wife has ILR and she will not be applying for British citizenship.

Yes. Your son is Registered (children) using MN1 Section3(1) and you are naturalised (adult) on AN.
