naturalisation application vs claiming benefits

Hi
I will be submitting my wife's naturalisation application as a dependant to me (recently became BC); I am thinking about claiming benefits for wife (house wife and pregnant) and british born kid (2 years old). Please suggest if this is going to impact on the application?!!
