June application at discretion:Should i withdraw my applicat

I desperately need your suggestion guys. I got my ILR though legacy in November 2010. Applied for naturalisation at discretion in June quoting ( Annex B to chapter 18 of nationality instructions :an application for asylum or leave to remain was refused but, the application was reconsidered and ILR was granted outside the Rules – in this case, we may overlook any period of breach from the date the original (unsuccessful) application was made).
To my dismay, this discretion was removed in the new updated version of annex B to chapter 18 on 12th of December. So guys whats my fate. Is my £906 gone in the bin.

Your fee is gone even if your withdraw the application.
