When do I get by documents back applied for naturalization

Hi Folks,
A quick question, does any have an idea how long a case worker takes to return my original documents (eg. passport, degree etc) if the application is made for naturalisation?

Once the decision is made.
You can however request your documents to be sent back if needed. HO may ask you to send them back if they need them again.

Or apply via NCS and no need to send originals.

Hi can someone please reply urgently.
What else do i need for Naturalisation if i have UK naric English language assessment letter ? i had appointment today with NCS for naturalization. and they ask me to provide certificate for english laguage which also cover points?
Can someone please let me know where can i get this certificate from ?
