overspeeding - offered speed awareness course

Hi All,
Just filling out AN form and have come across 2 columns e.g. 3.7 and 3.13. Not sure what to put in there!
I was caught overspeeding (36mph in 30mph zone) few days back by a speed camera and been served notice of intended prosecution which i replied back in time and then luckily to have been offered speed awarenss course which i am gonna attend shortly. So no points given on my license.
Can I skip 3.7 and 3.13 in AN form? Any help would be appreciated OR do i have to declare this?
