FPN Speeding ( Not from Court) Declare or not ?

Hi Guys,

I need some assistance on my speeding FPN which was given in July 2014 I did not challenge it in the court and paid the fine (£60) straight away. No other FPN or PCN before or after that.

Now I am planning to apply for naturalisation next week and wanted to take some guidance from the seniors if there is any such requirement or if I have missed something in the guidance which says that FPN needs to be mentioned?

Like usual speeding endorsement on my counterpart it gives the date of offence and code (SP30) the date of conviction is blank. I also had an enhanced CRB and it has never come up.

Obviously I don't want to put it down if I don't have to - any thoughts people have would be appreciated, and preferably links to a definitive reliable source.

Regards
Sunil

If you have any endorsements on your driving licence you must provide the paper counterpart.
No need to declare a FPN but include paper counterpart if points on.

Hi sunll,

Did you submit your application? What was the outcome and did you disclose the fpn?

Thank you
