or any other country?

What is meant by cautions (simple or conditional), warnings or reprimands. Does Fixed Penalty Notice comes under cautions (simple or conditional), warnings or reprimands?

To the best of my understanding caution/warnings/reprimand are given by the Police for minor criminal offence and is recorded on a persons criminal record. But fixed penalty notice (may be given by the police or street enforecement officers for trfiic or environmental violations) I dont think goes on ones criminal record....

for naturalisation application you have to declare any cautions/warning/reprimands and FPN- if you have recieved more than 1 in the last 12 months or drink driving or went to court for non payment of the FPN...
