Dear all,

Please accept my apology as this if first post. I have been reading this previously for my visa application.

Me and my wife applying for naturalisation on 7th November

There is no problem for me.
My wife has a little issue
1) English exam- she appeared for GESE grade 5 B1 in Aug 2014. Now rules are changing and most exams are valid untill 5th November. On her certificate there are two things mentioned, GESE grade 5 and also EOSL level 3. I asked trinity college London and they confirmed that it covers two body but its GESE grade 5. This is great as GESE grade 5 B1 is still present in new list.I called nationality service and they said as long as this is present in new list its still valid. So over all no issue I guess, unless if someone has different opinions.

Should I need to check this again?

2) we wanted to remove middle name during application but after reading lots of post I feel its better not to complicate stuff and leave it as it is. So not changing anything now.
3) I assume fee for ceremony is included in the fee.
4) I assume I can send both individual application together and require only one delivery.
Is there anything I need to be aware of specific issue?
Many thanks

Mehul

1) Based on what you have been told you appear to be covered.

2) Keep it simple.

3) Yes.

4) Yes.

You may wish to apply via NCS (check at your local council).
For a small fee, they sanity-check the application, they send it & you keep original documents
