Hello All ,
Currently me and my wife having ILR and eligible for British citizenship . I am under 5 years Tier 2 and 1 year ILR route and my wife is under 2 years Tier 2 Dependent + 1 year ILR route .
We are planning to apply together but i am not able to find information on joint applications for naturalization. I have below queries for joint application .
1. My wife is in UK from 2012 and not completed 5 years. So is she eligible to apply along with me?
2. If she is eligible , is there any way we can apply joint application for BC?
3. NCS appointment fees 69 GBP for joint application and what about Home office fees .? 1005 GBP will be same for both applications? or is there any fees for joint applications?
4. We need to fill different AN forms if we are applying together?
Thanks
Mohan

4. We need to fill different AN forms if we are applying together? Each applicant has to complete their own form but again, see #1
Thanks

You are not British yet. You are only a British citizen AFTER you attend your ceremony and receive your certificate of naturalisation.
Once you have that, if your wife has ILR, she can apply for citizenship. Suggest apply through NCS before 18 March as the fees increase on the 18th March to £1236.

Thanks. I already booked an appointment for my wife naturalization on 15th Mar. But After reading residence requirements , i am bit confused with 5 years residence in UK . She came to UK in June 2012 and got ILR in Sep 2014 . I will be receiving my naturalization certificate on 9th Mar . So is she eligible to apply for citizenship through 3 years route (Married to British citizen? Please help?

After you get naturalised, she can apply under Section 6(2), which requires three years of residence, including one on ILR.
The absences requirements are also different (270 days in three years and 90 days in the year preceding the application). She must also have been physically present in the UK three years prior to the date of application (15th March 2013).

guidance on naturalisation.
