It might be a old thread, but curious to know...

My ILR granted on 21 Oct 2014, last week of Dec 2014 i have traveled to India for about 4.5 months (136 Days) came back to UK on 14th May 2015.

My question is
Am I eligible to apply on 15th Feb 2016 ?

Here is the breakdown which i have calculated
i have skipped 90 days in starting of the year i mean in last 12 months
i am counting like this
Arrived on 14th May 2015
from 14 Feb 2015 to 14th May 2015 = 90 days
15th May to 15th Feb i should be in the country without a single day absence from the kingdom
ultimately it will cover 12 months
although my ILR granted on 21st Oct 2014 so i guess there won't be any issues if i apply on 15th Feb 2016.

Please advise me i am preparing all my documentation work.

If your absence in the 12 months immediately before date of application is 90 days or less, you can apply. Also make sure that on the date of application, you were physically present in the UK on the exact same date 5 years ago (2011).
