For this question which one of the following shall I provide?

Question 6.7, page 23 of 31: asks if the BRP is enclosed..

If I apply via NCS, what should be the answer to this? If I tick “No” to this, shall I then tick “Other” for the very next question?

If I select other, this then directs me to question 6.12, would this be correct?


Tick Yes because NCS provide certified copy

Question 7.7, page 28 of 31

This question asks me to “Delete” if not applicable…

To do that shall I just cross out the whole question or what shall I do?

cross the whole line out and don't tick the box either st the end
