Hi,
I got ILR on 10-07-2013 and later I left country on 17th - August 2013 and I came back on 10- Jan -2015 and I went back on 18-Jan-2016 and I've plans to take my naturalisation when I would be eligible to do it. Will there be any chance of getting naturalisation.
1-Jan-11 31-Dec-11 -- 37 days
1-Jan-12 31-Dec-12 -- 69 days
1-Jan-13 31-Dec-13 -- 144 days( 6+138)
1-Jan-14 31-Dec-14 -- 365 days( 365 )
1-Jan-15 31-Dec-15 -- 358 days ( 10 + 348 )
1-Jan-16 31-Jan-16 -- 31 days
I still valid ILR till 10-07-2023.
Please help me.

No, you can apply when your absences are within the allowed limit AND when you were physically present on the same date as you apply 5 years before.

With in this period (17th August 2013 - 31 st Jan 2016) I came to UK for 1 week from Jan 10th - Jan 18th 2015 and I left . So do you mean my 5 years period starts from Jan 10th 2015 and I get eligibility on Jan 10th 2020 . If I wont cross 450 days till Jan 2020. Isn't?

Citizenship is for persons who can show (for example, based on their past behaviour) that their future clearly lies in UK.
Note Any absence of 2+ years and your ILR will be revoked.
Warning prolonged absences from UK will not be 'reset' by brief flying visits into UK;
- you risk having your ILR cancelled at the border by an immigration official if you adopt that approach to your residency in UK.
Yes, you seem to have the right idea now;
based on your stated timeline to date, it looks like your 5-year 'residency clock' has effectively only started in early 2015.
Don't forget only 90 days absence permitted in final 12 months before applying.
