Hi, can someone help me pls?

I have just recently naturalised as bc but I have a 9 old son (from previous relationship)living with my parents in Nigeria.
I am now married here in the uk and currently 6months pregnant. I've always wanted my son to come and live with me over here but it was really hard for me as a student. Therefore my parents took over.

How can I bring him to uk?
Should just apply for bc passport for from Nigeria or should I apply for ROA.

Can the experts in the house advise me pls?

If child is automatically British, then child may apply for either a British passport or CoE-RoA.

Else, child may apply to join you, under A280(b), 297. Adequate accommodation and maintenance required, etc. If child's father is alive and not living with you, then also subject to sole responsibility or exclusion undesirable. Child should be granted ILE.

You may have to argue that the NHS surcharge should not be applicable too.

Thank you Vinny.
His is not britistish.
I thought now that I am now British and being the biological mother it will make be easier to bring him without having to go through that long process and expenses that I went through myself
