Hi,
1: What is the ILR status once a person becomes a British citizen?
2: If any one surrender his British citizen ship would the ILR be still legal or he will loose the status completely .
Thanks

ILR status ceases to exist - once you become a British citizen you have the right of abode and can come and go freely, so you will not need (and can no longer have) an immigration status.
If you later decide to renounce your BC, I believe that you would no longer have any status (other than being a national of another country) and would need to start from zero in terms of UK immigration status.

+1 - If you renounce your BC, you will have no status in the UK.
