Child Born in UK entry clearance naturalization

Hi

I have been living in UK for 5 years and recently got my ILR. My younger daughter was born on 03-04-2014 in Glasgow Scotland. she had to travel to India soon after the birth due to family emergency. so we applied her visa (in India) for entry clearance to return to UK. Her visa is valid as Tier 1 general migrant dependent till 2017. ( i am assuming she is falling in the category of after 2012 dependent).

But now that I (and my wife) have received my ILR, I think my daughter since she was born in UK becomes eligible for naturalization. Is this true or she is 2012 dependent since we applied her visa from outside UK?

If she is eligible for Naturalization, when it needs to be done? As we have to travel again to India soon. do I need to apply for her citizenship before leaving the country or can she travel on the original Visa? I was planning to apply for the citizenship after we come back but i am confused with her visa status.

Please help..

Regards
Sumitt

She is entitled to register now. She shouldn't have any problems travelling before expiry of leave.

Thanks @vinny

just for reconfirmation.
Which means i can travel without worrying about the application now. I can make the application as soon as i come back ( i don't have to complete 5 years period for her as for a normal 2012 dependent).

is that correct understanding?

Regards
Sumit
