Hi. I have been employed since 2006 till present. Through the last 10 years I have been TUPEd to different companies 3 times without losing length of service. Letter from current employer says I am employed by ........ on continous service since 2006 (even though I worked under them for few years only) Should I put this as one employer on AN form or iclude all previous employers. ...?

HMRC will have you under more than one employer.

Hi. Just to double check if ok. Referees:

1. HR (Human Resources) Manager of big VAT registered LTD company
2. Area Manager of different company

Both British born citizens

On the list of acceptable professions says: Director/Manager of Limited/VAT registered company. I believe it's ok then? Advice please.

I was under the impression a manager of a department (eg job title is X manager) wasn't what they meant, but instead an owner or director of the company.

Yes, if not related to you or each other;
any convictions spent;
not your representative or HO employee.

I must admit that while I've heard of the Home Office checking employers regularly, but I have never heard of a referee being contacted.

So it is ok or not...as they say Director/Manager/Personal of VAT registered company and Manager/Personal officer of Limited company. So HR Manager of VAT/LTD company is ok...??

Noajthan. I was referring to this. So believe it should be ok as HR Manager is a person dealing with internal data and employment related issues. Just need to be sure as this is last section to complete before sending my application out. Thanks

Yes, they meet the requirement (if known 3+ years).

Hello. Very first page of AN application is asking for HO ref numer. I found one starting from AXX/XXXXX on my WRS from 2006 when registered my first job. Is this the number I have to put? Had some different numbers when applied afterwards for my residence documentation and few years later Document Certifying Permanent Residence. But these could be only case numbers. Please advice.

Its not WRS #, it'll be a case number.

Just checked and it says Unique Home Office Reference number. And this is my very first documentation in the UK. WRS card as back that time as a EU citizen of A8 countries had to apply for Workers Registration Scheme (Work Permit) and this number appears there.

That will not enable HO to retrieve your case for any other EEA documentation you may have applied for as it applies to WRS only.

Enter it if you feel it helps.
Or enter the other case numbers you have from your other EEA cases/applications.

Silly question...but more I think the more I get confused. Had 2 address in past 5 years. So I put current address on page 4. Point 1.16 so in point 1.17 I put my previous only. No need to put current again...?

Per AN Guide:
1.16 Enter your present address
1.17 Provide all your home addresses for the past 5 years.

Thanks but that does not explain much..... So present address don't need to be put again in section 1.17 as is mentioned already in 1.16 .???? So in section 1.17 I put all apart from present one ..yes?

Suggest put them all as all means all.
Caseworker will ignore duplicates as necessary.

Thanks but...for every address are two spaces for dates so present one is from where and live blank till when?
