Hi,

my appointment with NCS is tomorrow but just read the guidance which say they need NI Contrition for last 10 years which can be prove by P60. Payslips or employer letter.

i worked in a company from 2006 to 2009 but i am missing 2 p60 and the company was dissolved in 2010? i can see online my ni contribution was made by the company but i got no proof for those 2 years.

what are my options now as can not get employer letter either

no do not have those as it was in 2006-2007. 2007-08 although i got p60 from the same company for 2008-09.

Whats the route for your application anddo you have passports covering the whole 10 years period?

yes i got all the passport covering the 10 years period. i got ILR on Long Residency base.

I was told by NCS that if you have passport covering your whole period in UK, then you dont need NI Statements/Payslips/Employer letter as your passport will have stamps to show any gaps. Apart form this UKVI will anyways check your Financial records with HMRC -> Made sense to me.

Sorry, I was just wondering, whether what you said about the passport applies to EEA nationals as well?

But for intra-EEA travel we don't get stamps on entry or exit.

That's why I am asking, alterhase58. If an EEA national had the same problem as hapoo, what would happen?
