Applied on . 12 sept 2016 through JCAP.
Biometric invitation recieved: 23 sept 2016. Gave finger prints on 24 sept 2016.
Naturalisation approved: 11 Nov 2016. Recieved today 21 Nov 2016.
I applied through JCAP. But the approval letter I recieved tell me my local authority NOT the one I used for my application. Is this normal ? What should I do ?

You can APPLY at any NCS but that doesn't mean where you apply is where your ceremony will be. Unless you specifically state in your AN application form that you want ceremony at X council, you will also have ceremony at the council where you live.

Even if you state your preferred venue for the ceremony the HO won't necessarily comply with your wish.
Some years ago my husband requested Brighton where he submitted the application and was given Eastbourne, further away from where we live.

Yes, you need to contact the local authority stated on your letter.

Hi,
Just a little bit curious that was a quick application. What route did you merit to apply for naturalisation if you do not mind me asking.
Congratulations

Hi,
I was concerned about mine. I just received mine today. Approved as well. I applied September 26th and i was thinking i will wait for 6 months. but I think I got confused after seeing yours.
I am happy i just got mine today. Thank God this is over. Ceremony appointment is next for me.
