Changing name during the Naturalization process.

Hi all,
I've lived in the UK for 8 years, I came as a refugee and 3 years ago I got my Indefinite Leave to Remain together with a BRP. Because of Brexit, I fear that a lot of laws could change, so I've decided to apply for British citizenship now. However, the problem is that I want to change my surname and add a middle name. I know that I have to do a Deed Poll, and then submit it with my application, but I don't know what is the easiest way to do it. Should I:
1. Apply for Naturalisation and then add a Deed Poll when I'm gonna apply for a new passport.
2. Apply for Naturalisation with a Deed Poll, so that my Certificate will come with the new name.
I don't know what is the most hassle-less way to do it. I tend to do the 1st option because this way I would be a British citizen when I would change my name, whereas, with the 2nd option, they might be more suspicious. But If I were to do 1st option would I have applied for a new Naturalisation Certificate?
Thanx for your help. :)

Brexit will not affect British Citizenship LAWS. Brexit will affect EU migration.

Not sure how it would work to change your name as I assume you don't have a foreign passport? Do you have a travel document?

Hi, yes I do have a travel document (expired) and I have a Biometric Residence Permit with Indefinite leave to remain.
