Hello Everyone,

I need a little bit of guidance and would appreciate if you could shed some light on my query

I am a limited Company Director and recieve salary every month (PAYE) from my limited company.
Therefore, I am assuming that while applying for naturalisation I do not need to
submit my tax documents as that requirement is for people who are self employed.

Also, do I have to tick [employed] as well as [Director] for employment question?

At my JCAP, I had to submit a SA300 (Statement of Accounts) to show my tax was paid up in full for when I used to have a limited company, I included the receipts to show it was paid.

You may get asked for your SA302's too (I was only asked for one of them as I didn't have a P60 for that year).

As for your last question - not sure. Someone else may be able to clear that up.
