Hi, I applied for Naturalization a month before, can I track the application process online?

Hi nwo, I have tried this link and for few times I entered HO ref number and it did not work

it says 'ref hasn't been recognized'

You can use any of the references listed.
Case Identification Number (12345678)
Payment reference number(AG1234567890/123)
Unique application number (1234_5678_6789_4321)
Biometric Residence Permit number (AB1234567)
Immigration Health Surcharge number (IHS123456789)

Thank you usbukhariy, I have seen that under the link and I have been trying few HO ref numbers since the morning. However, my previous case ref. worked with this link. Probably I don't have a right ref number yet or it is still early I suppose, thanks anyway.

This tracking service is not reliable. We have tried all references number that we have and only one is working. Status says it has been decided on 28/03. However There is one issue, we applied on 18/05.
