Hi guys
Starting to worry about this issue
I applied for naturalisation on 1st August and since have received acknowledgement and biometric letter.
Now this Friday i received decision from the a court regarding a speeding offence which I had pleaded guilty too anyways. I received a fine of £245 and 3 points. I was doing 71m.p.h. On variable motorway speed of 60 mph. I never got a chance to pay the fine upfront as due to change of address I didn't get the FPN on time.
Now I did mention on my application additional information that I was dealing with Hertfordshire police regarding this but didn't give any details. The offence took place on 5 February 2017.
What do you guys think..will this have an effect on my application?

Hi

First of all inform UKVI asap and asked them if it effect your application then return the application and ask for the refund, as this is from court yess it definitely cause problem. You have to wait for three years to submit your application again.

Guys any senior moderators please advise..
Do you think if I attach evidence saying I did not received FPN due to change of address hence ended up in court ,will that work in my favour
